Mal is a clown. Dude said if he was accussed of something like this, fukk what his lawuer says, he's making a statement. In other words, if you are facing 23 years, and you have a choice between following the advice of the person you are paying 100k+ for who has dealt with this type of shyt in court multiple times as a profession, who has studied this shyt in school and paid to learn this... vs following Mal's advice... He should do the latter
Then he said, when it comes to court, if you are innocent, you have nothing to worry about...
Either he's really in his feelings or he's simply not too bright. And i actually like Mal overall it's jist sometimes he lacks critical thinking /logic. At least with Joe you can tell he's playing devil's advocate or just straight up pandering sometimes.

Mal's a clown hands down. he talk all that shyt about the Tory incident, without having facts, because Tory's not connected and has no gang ties. Domestic violence allegations between celebrity couples happen every damn day. I can't think of one time where a celebrity woman claims she was shot.
Fivio's baby mom came out and defended him right away. A domestic violence allegation where the alleged victim is siding with the suspect is a world away form a female gunshot victim pointing out her shooter.

Maybe. but few things: Emily never said Fab did any of that. I don't know that she ever addressed the issue publicly at all unlike Meg. So "officially" there were only rumors to go off. Also, Fab is their friend. Was with Joe from the beginning of his career and they have a relationship with him so there's only so much they would ever say about him. And finally, Joe has been accused of DV multiple times by different women. It's hard to go hard on domistic violence suspects based on accusations alone when your coshost and boss having that kind of past without it being awkward.
Lets say Mal went in on Fivo or Fab. Then the comments would be "why didn't' he say all that about Joe"
That's what happens when you're not principled. You find yourself in situations where you look funny.
that's what a few of us are getting at. Mal claims to be real no matter what, mr. code of the streets, and has no issues exposing people when they're wrong, but does none of this. he plays dumb when it can hurt him.
