Tarnish Spotify brand then jump ship to the “better company”
why keep mentioning Spotify if you so happy about leaving...
Instead of arguing and yelling shouldn’t this more of a celebration?
Joe gone have a motor oil company and his done gone be selling cookies soon

They’re clearly going to Tidal for the same money if not more.
Honest question(s) - what has the Joe Budden podcast done for the “podcasting game” exactly?why you bringing up the white people. What that got to do with burdens and what he did for the podcasting game.
The podcast dies behind a paywall. They’re clearly going to Tidal for the same money if not more.
I don’t think they need them anymore. They’ve showed proof of concept at Spotify and can “do the same for you here at Tidal” with a podcast division. Wouldn’t be surprised if tidal was coming out with hardware too.I don't think so ...tidial dosen't like to show the a analytics
"joe Burns another Bridge"
Joe: THERES OPPRESSION ON THE BRIDGE!!!!

What did it truly pioneer and/or do for others? Is Joe’s claim that he already is a network insinuating that he’s helped other podcasts become relevant or grow their audiences? Is that factual? How can it be quantified?
So you’re turning down $20 million to talk 3 hours a day, two times a week huh?Of course you would take the deal because your poor in comparison and can’t imagine making big money deals in the 9-10 figure range. It’s crazy for him to want to own his own chit huh.

IMO budden introduced the hip hop world to podcasting.Honest question(s) - what has the Joe Budden podcast done for the “podcasting game” exactly?

Word. Podcasts on Spotify are free. You don’t gotta pay to listen. So how he make them 9 figuresBudden didn’t make anyone 9 figures.
if that was true he would’ve never EVER signed the Spotify deal in the first place
It’s not just $20 million. Spotify wants to own his catalog, put ads on all his old episodes, wants to have editing power over his content, a cut of the live shows and a cut out of anything else they do outside of the podcast. (According to him to be fair). If you can find a deal for 10 million with complete autonomy and ownership, I’d take the 10. I think people keep underselling them with the “or nothing” part of the argument. They built the podcast without Spotify, all Spotify did was give them a platform not the infrastructure. So you’re turning down $20 million to talk 3 hours a day, two times a week huh?
