The easiest way to unhappiness is to compare yourself to others. I think once he seen Joe Rogan got that big deal he probably thought, if Rogan got that, than I can get at least a 1/4th of that. That's not how it works.
Just the two main Joe Rogan youtube channels get close to 200 million views each month...I read that when his deal went viral. Budden's joint probably gets like 4-5 million views a month. Then there's all the other analytics and shyt that we know nothing about, but the number crunchers at Spotify are well aware of, that warranted Rogan getting that deal and Budden being offered what he got offered.
All that "creators", "curators" gassed up talk he does on the podcast means nothing during negotiations, all that matters are facts and figures. Ya man just sits there and talks about a bunch of nothing for 2 hours for bored people to laugh at and feel attached to him by, lol, no offense but thats what it is...he better take that 8-10 milly for a couple years and be happy that we're in an era where you can actually make a couple million yearly doing what he does, lol.
you see it .... Funny how nikkas didn't speak much about Monique wining her battle with Netflix. I believe they low balled her as well.
