He gets mad whenever a celebrity has a podcast or even vlogs. He really is a hater, but tries to act like he doesn't care.

The Simmons thing is kind of wild because Joe has been publicly sucking his dikk for YEARS. When Joe would use his integrity buzzword that was one of his first namedrops he would resort to.

His integrity dies with his family members, Cousin Sal, House, and his white industry friends.

Joe has been bugging up his industry connects for over 2 years now. And it hasn't worked for him.

Stop ducking the question. If Joe Budden has leverage why doesn't he have a new deal announced with a month left on his spotify deal. If he was doing the numbers he's prideful about all the big companies will be lining up to give or given them the bag. Why is that,

Lol I thought I answered your question - my bad, wasn't ducking. I don't know why he hasn't signed another deal yet. The only thing that I know is that their deal with Spotify ends next month. They said on the show they've talked w/ other platforms - I have no clue where they are in negotiations. Do I think they are doing bad business if they don't have another deal by the end of the year? Yes. I also think it would be bad business to accept a 360 deal.

I used to rock with the podcast heavy. My wife & I didn't miss an episode between the Hell Rell Shrimp La Cafe joint all the way up Die on the Ledge. I don't know about their spotify numbers but up until that time, the youtube vids average 500k per. Ever since the colorism denial bullshyt with Mal, we stopped fukking with them like that. I peeped their vids average around 350k now. That wave has crested but Joe wants to be paid like they are still on the way up.

It's not hard to figure out why they're less popular now than they were 2 years ago. There are other pods that do the few things they do well better. Them boys over at the 85 South show been eating rather well

I'm trying to word this in a way that doesn't come off as hating cause I fukk with Joe but does anybody believe the figures Joe throws around about having all these million dollar offers or all the money he makes off L&HH, SOTC, and The Pull Up.

I'm thinking he is either lying for negotiation purposes or he's horrible with money. Cause he talks about being broke before the Spotify deal but he was already on Love and Hip-hop at that point and not too far off from the Complex gig.

Even during his rap career he'd talk one minute about his house and his real estate but then on the next breath how broke he was when he went to E1 and even after.

Yeah its weird, Joe legit sounds mad about what other podcast were paid but he doesn't want to sign a similar contract as those other podcast to get a similar bag.

He's arguing that spotify never saw the value in his brand, but they wanted everything Budden related to be exclusive to spotify after only 8 months, which shows that they actually did see the value in his brand.

I'm not saying he should have took the deal, but putting all this out there was a bad move, this is not the way to show how u do business. None of this sounds bad enough for a long ass public rant.
