I've never seen a women more oblivious than Mel.

I'm convinced this isn't a character or schtick, she really just has been getting away with saying whatever the hell and no one calling her out for it for so long she genuinely thinks there's nothing wrong with some of the stuff she says.

Joe a real piece of shyt. He could of easily cut that shyt out the pod. Then preceded to shyt on Mel for an hour the next episode. Why even have here there they all act like they hate her.

Joe is not getting the heat that he deserves for this, IMHO. He and everybody in that room KNEW immediately what she was foul and that Cam was gonna respond...HARSHLY. It would've been easy AF to just take that part out like they do tons of other shyt so to leave it in had to be a conscious decision. Joe wanted whatever is happening to happen.

Mel should just leave at this point. Either she doesn't get how little respect she has up there or she just really needs the gig.
