I think the crowing of 3k as some goat rapper is silly because it was always a group effort
3k has verses like the art of storytelling, international players anthem, Hollywood divorce, both of his verses on elevators, etc that most rap fans of that era know word for word
how many iconic verses does Fab have?
I get why Fab is so revered in New York. He’s the 2000s punchline rapper that made it but Fab is just aight in the grand scheme of things

Mystikal and Stacks tho...i could rap 90% of Mystikal catalog from 97-2000 off the head...and I know a ton of Andre verses as well...but im from the south and they've been in heavy rotation since I was a kid...Nas, i had to catch on the radio/ revisited his albums and career when I got older.

over Mystikal being a 90 in 98 and im like of course he is because from my perspective....98 was No Limit year...23 damn albums...and Mystikal was the star of that show....you buy NL albums and look for the Mystikal features first back then
