Weird to frame it as "Palestinians need to accept that they've lost" and not "Israel needs to accept that it's over." Because what "accepting the loss" looks like is still extreme subjugation and oppression, being forced to stay in an open air prison, food and goods being restricted purposefully to the point of near starvation, occasional "mowing of the lawn," snipers killing innocent men, women, children, journalists, etc with impunity, not being allowed to fish in their own waters, allowing more and more settlers to expand into the West Bank, apartheid, constant apprehensions and detainment of men, women and children without legal justification (aka kidnapping and hostage taking), rape and molestation of their women and children being done with impunity, soldiers raiding the homes of innocent families in the middle of the night pointing guns in their children's faces for the sake of military training, having their land and homes stolen or bulldozed with nowhere to go, etc, etc. Calling for someone to accept that as their life is deeply immoral, and frankly should have societal consequences in the US.
So when you see people like
@Pressure and the others call for Palestine to accept the loss, they say this knowing that this is what they are asking for. Telling someone they need to carve out a meaningful existence under those circumstances is psychopathic. The PA has basically already accepted the situation and yet the West Bank has not been spared and still suffers atrocity after atrocity.
Israel curtailing their expansionist aggression is the only path to peace and everyone knows it, including the Coli genocide defense force.
