Haaretz also had a bombshell report about kill zones in Gaza. The IDF is systematically shooting anything that moves. And counting that as Hamas fighters. It is diabolical.

Barak Ravid of Axios says you need someone of colonel rank to approve such a strike as the one on WCK was.

Well sure there have always been articles about the lack of discipline in the IDF/police and rouge actors committing murder with some even convicted(don't see this in the Hamas or Islamic Jihad oddly). I just now saw your post but others have already explained the issue within the military with sources.

You really just ran past the point we have been making since those videos of IDF raiding homes and stealing stuff were posted. These dudes are out of control. Military is a top down structure meaning if the top is rotten/incompetent so will the bottom.

And the larger problem isn’t just that the government is incapable/incompetent, it’s that they are planning a six month attack on Rafah with this same incapable military structure.

If you think Israel targeted the WCK people as a matter of policy at least support it with something other than Israel bad.

They targeted them because they said a terrorist was on board. There is no proof there was and even so, that's not an excuse. They have been hitting targets indiscriminately at this point (we now know that because this happened), and civilian, not just Hamas terrorists have been getting killed. This was an approved corridor so what reason did they have to hit the aid vehicle three times for.

Here's what should happen
1) Go into Rafah and eat the consequences.
2) An investigation and punishment for this.
3) Get the hostages back*

3 - 50/50 chance this happens because the government has not mentioned them since January at this point.
