The ICJ ruled that the accusation of genocide is credible and plausible and a case was opened.

If Hamas and other terror groups don't want to fight Israel, and are refusing to take steps to protect the people of Gaza then they should commit to an unconditional surrender and return the hostages immediately. This situation has to end.
