Selling my house and renting gain. May look to own again in a few years if the market cools down but I prefer renting.

You making anything on it if you sell? Why not just rent?

My spot was appraised at about 65k more than I bought it for :lupe:

Yeah, I'm clearing ~60K from when I first bought it. I put 20K into the house a few years back on hardwoods and SS appliances.

If the market goes down I'll have the funds to buy in then sell again when it dips.

It was paid off after the sale.

I paid the home off and banked 32K.

My credit score been 700+ since age 23
Now I'm under contract on a 200K+ home I will only owe 40K on when it's all said and done

Brick 5 bed, 3 bath, a study, family room+living room, 2 fireplaces with detached garage

Not doing as well as others but pretty damn good for a 27 year old with only high school diploma

Start strong then coast, brehs

props bruh

North Carolina.

They key is staying out of the cities. I know that life looks good but it's expensive

props bruh

i live in los angeles, prices out here crazy

i been thinkin of buying some out of state investments, but it comes with alotta headaches, having to deal with property managers taking a cut, and other issues

it blows my mind theres so many cities out in the midwest n eastcoast u can buy a house for under 100k

100k isnt even enuf to downpay a 1b/1b in LA FR

houses in the ghetto be like 600k easy:mindblown:

so i been scopin stuff out of state

Just to give y'all a feel on the real estate market near Charlotte, NC...

I got moved in my new house and was under contract on my old house within 48 hours of it being in the MLS +$7,000 from what I paid for it 14 months ago. I did no updates or remodeling.

3 showings were scheduled in the first 6 hours it went active.

If you want a house you have to jump on it as soon as it goes up.

It's crazy out here brehs.
