For those asking. I just bought a new house and put in artificial turf. I hate doing yard work and the turf looks nice. Fun project if you don't have a big yard. I didn't want a big yard. It's just me and my wife. My boy goes between my house and his moms, so I didn't need a big back yard and all the headaches that come with keeping up a yard. I'm getting to old for all that. I just want to relax and not worry about the little things anymore.

I need to have a ceiling fan replaced in my living room. I hate having to call to request a quote or whatever from businesses online. They take forever and are expensive as hell 
I look on Craigslist and they list the price straight no chaser, alot cheaper, but these seem to be independent contractors im just concerned if its legit. Lotta scammers and deviants on Craigslist
Whenever the job is done, I'll be home alone. I dont want to be kidnapped under the guise of having a ceiling fan installed.

I'm not sure of the time frame. I want to plant stuff outside, but I read it has to be after the last frost. You might be ok down there, but my Home Depot doesn't even have the garden shop set up yet.

Thanks guys. I was able to locate someone on Yelp with good reviews. He came on Friday to do the install and it went smoothly.
how much did he charge? i need to replace my kitchen ceiling fan
