Should I knock off my car and credit cards before buying a house?

I can save a lot per month that but I only owe 3k on car and 5 k on credit card. I can pay them both withing 2.5 to 3 months

I had a couple hundred on my credit card and my girl had almost 2000 it wasn't a big issue although we qualified for like a 1k lower grant for the closing costs before her bill went up higher.

I make a lot of money so I can literally pay mine off within 2 months I just have to focus which I am doing now but I'm trying to qualify for a USDA loan where I do not have to put anything down I just have to live a little further south
