Get you a drill. .. even if you aren't handy, I guarantee you, you'll likely need it. Even a starter tool kit would be a cherry on top.

To add to this.

Get worry free from Pseg, you pay like an extra 25$ mth but they will cover all your major mechanicals in the house. Furnace and boiler whatever.

Get a ladder, hammer, level, set of screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers.

You can buy tools from Home Depot use them and return them no problem as long as it's not obviously beat up.
