I've come to realize I love having plants in my house. I went to the nursery and gotta tree for the foyer. It's about 6.5 feet tall right now.

The bird was a sculpture that I got from Jamaica. Not sure if in gonna paint it in some vibrant colors or just leave it as is.

I bought this one a few weeks back, should max out to about 5-6 feet.

I've owned plants a few times in my life but they always end dying. This time I'm making sure to water them regularly and make sure there's good drainage. On the real I really wanna start my own garden but I've tried that too and killed off my green beans :mjcry:

Don't water them too much I made that mistake let soil dry til they start slightly drooping then water good

Gardens are great did my first one this year, a 8x2 vegetable garden box, didn't get as much as I wanted but that's cuz I made a few mistakes, mainly planting competing veggies together but it's going good though going to double the size of it next year

Na paying someone, something like that requires heavy duty machinery, so far any outside upgrades I hire a contractor and inside work I've done it myself

What all you getting done :lupe:

Basic stuff so far redid the the laundry room, turned a office into a guest bedroom. Both of those included redoing floors, taking down a wall etc. Was fun but did have to rent some machinery from home Depot and I did it solo so took a couple of weeks

Plans for next year are redoing one the bathrooms it's mad fukin basic and finishing up the 2 and half car garage {insulation, drywall, lightning}

Those things + the porch project and I'm done, plan is to sell this place in 5 years tops, make a 10- 15k profit, then move somewhere down south, with Virginia Beach area (I know it's technically not the South) being my main choice right now

Side note : moving to a diverse area too, nothing worse than doing some work around the place and the white neighbors (whom seen you damn near every day asking you if you are a contractor working on the place) had a cop one time ask me if the owner are home :stopitslime:

I have a student loans from a bank that totaled to about $25k. This bank sold the debt off 7-8 years ago to a company and this company always calls me for payment, but I haven't made a single payment to them ever.

I have other student loans that I'm paying off aggressively as I want to be debt free. Oddly enough, my credit score is 750 anyway and I don't see the $25k debt that was sold over and over again anywhere on my credit report.

I want to own a home and everything looks good. My salary, credit score, and debt all look good but I just don't want this $25k to pop up while I'm deep in the process of buying a home.

What are my chances? I don't know what to do. I think if I start making payments to this company it will reset and be put on my credit report, which will drop my score. I told my self I'll settle with them when I save up the money but I want to buy a home as soon as possible.
