- work fantasy football league is lit i was such an a$$hole during the draft last night

- last night some fukker decided to do donuts, spun outta control, knocked into the neighbor's car, wiping their back door clean off, smashed into my tenant's car (totaled it) causing it to swing onto the sidewalk and knock down my fence and this nikka had the nerve to up and leave the scene ...can't wait until they finish gentrifying this area

that's some bullshyt. you gotta foot the cost of the repair, and hope the a$$hole who did it has insurance, which they very well probably don't. which means you will likely be eating that L and have to sue the person if you want to recover any of the money.

My updates are:

Had an electrical issue. the splitter at the top of my roof (outside) was damaged, so one of the two lines that came into my breaker box was only transmitting like 20 volts when it was supposed to be 120
two dudes came thru for estimates. first bol said $2500
second dude did it for $150 and fixed the issue.


First week of august i built a retainer wall, spent like $350 on bricks after some mexican nikka quoted me for $7000 . took up all my mulch so it's like dry ass dirt behind the retainer wall. lowes got a sale for mulch $2 a bag so i'm thinking about renting a uhual for $20 and copping 30 bags out that bytch. My mans said you have to lay down some black film before you throw the mulch down so weeds can't grow but i'm like shyt how much is that. this shyt adding up

Copped a 65 inch samsung KS8000. my wife keep bytching cause i still ain't hang it up yet. problem is the wall i want to hang it on is BRICK. i don't think i can hide the wires in/behind the wall. some dude trying charge me $150 to hang it but he going use a white plastic thing to "hide" the wires on the outside of the wall. shyt sound fugazi to me but i might not have any other option

I hate yard work, spent about 8 hours over the last two days fixing up the front yard, got me a edge trimmer / weed Wacker, also mulch is a life saver, used 10 bags of that shyt

You can drill thru the wall and run them outside and back into the house I've seen that done.

As I mentioned earlier in here my ex took everything with her when she left, it was all hers and apartment grade stuff anyway. That essentially left me with my computer and a wood bed frame. Since then folks have been donating and buying shyt for me, I'm grateful . Between my parents, boss, family friends and old classmate I'm damn near fully furnished. House looks 100x better than it did before. It's actually how I envisioned it looking when I bought it. Last think needed that i'll cop myself is a flat screen TV. Right now I'm using one of my 24-inch monitors for a TV. That shyt is tiny trying to watch it from dozens a feet away.

Pop's also helping me add some curb appeal to my lot.
