I got the majority of my basement painted last week and I'm gonna do the touch up and trim work this week :banderas:

I'm bout to cop a new PJ and a 150" projector screen for the movie room :blessed:

:wtf:. You paying that amount monthly???? My trash/water/sewer bill comes to about $80 every two months. And that's after the city just raised it by 20% this year alone.

HOA fees are stuck a waste of money. I refused to get s crib anywhere that required those fees.

Good luck staying in a super nice gated community. Here in Houston the fees are higher if you only have 50 houses in the community like we do. And no that $1085 is once a year. My mortgage is about $700 after taxes, insurance, and escrow etc.

yeah, in chicago there really aren't gated communities. high rises and condos have HOA fees. but that is paying for shyt like doormen, security, swimming pools, fitness centers and other ammenities you get in those buildings.
