An associate of mine did. From what I remember, she had to keep a separate account where she deposited a fixed amount (ex. $1200) monthly and could NOT take any money out. This was to prove that she would be able to pay her mortgage payments. I believe she had an agent/counselor/rep assigned to her during that process. I think she had to do it for a year. She has her house now, but I lost touch with her so I don't know the specifics of her actual purchase process.
I'm checking out their seminar next chance I get.
What did they talk about in the seminar? Is it a requirement to attend?

People take pride in their homes and lawns, especially if you like to have guests over.
Good landscaping makes a difference. I remember coming back to my momma home every Xmas to visit. Front lawn looking yellow and overgrown, bushes unkempt meanwhile my grown ass baby bro who lives at home can't lift a finger to remedy that shyt.
I was pissed and hadn't even lived there in 6-7 years.

I couldn't care less about my lawn really. I don't have the tools or the time to be out there pruning every week like my retired neighbors.

what kinda uppity a$$hole guests are you receiving? As long as the grass is cut and the beer is cold it's a party.
Landscaping adds little value to the crib, that's also why I don't worry much about it
edit: here's my backyard
My brother recently added a nice sitting area to his backyard. Got me really wanting to do something.
He actually added even more to it for shade and comfort purposes. I haven't taken any pics of that, though.
Something simple I'ma do is buy one of these screens to start hanging out in the garage on some old man shyt
