20k sqft front yard, and 15k in the back. What type of lawn mower should i be looking into? :jbhmm:

It hasn't been cut since i moved in December and after it rained the other day my shyt is looking like a jungle out there.:sadcam:

I'm considering a cheap electric mower to kind of get a feel for it before i invest in a riding mower.

Brehs quick question, I am currently in the process of temporarily renting out one of my rooms and would like to know what would be a good price point to rent it out for?

I just recently furnished the room, the person will free cable & wifi with utilities included. Will have access to their own private bathroom and kitchen.

So how do I go about getting a condo/townhouse?
I'm in Houston
Credit score is a 702
Made 43k last year(first job outta college)
Just have some consolidated student loans.
And I pay my credit cards on time and usually the balance is $0 on them.

How much cash you got saved?

What are yalls thoughts on coffee tables and end tables in the living room...I think they are fairly pointless

I prefer end tables and coffee tables on sides of couch and in front of...

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
About 8g's and credit score just went up to 716

Nice man. And what's your monthly expenses all in? Like what do u typically spend a month? And based on ur income u assume u clear about 2300 a month?

Don't need all that really. Just your actual obligations, i.e. Car payments, student loans, credit cards, other loans. Groceries, gas money, going out money don't count at all.

The country of myself
It counts for me advising him. If he doesn't have over 6 months min of monthly living expenses in a savings account he shouldn't be spending all his savings on a down payment...

Being approved for a loan and actually making a good decision about GETTING a loan are two different things....

Well the only issue is I'm waiting for what this income based student loan repayment is gonna look like yet.

Otherwise all I have to pay is gas, car insurance, gym and cellphone bill.
All my credit cards are paid off and I only use my Chase sapphire to build points then pay it off at the end of every week.

Sound like you won't have any orthorhombic qualifying cause most of that isn't factored in by the bank.

Homeboy is right tho... Crunch your numbers and make sure you got some money in your account after you buy
