Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
They had the audacity to ask to borrow my wheelbarrow.

:mjtf:

I let them.

:manny:

Lawn looks amazing, and even the lazy ass 22 year old son who plays video games all day has been keeping up with watering everyday. They love the hell out of that grass.
Walking barefoot on actual grass feels different, man. It's so relaxing and makes you want to be outside more

something you can 100 % do any time of this year is apply some of this stuff

Reviews for Milorganite 36 lb. Organic-Nitrogen Fertilizer - 004262 - The Home Depot

i found him late last year but he recommend this for new people since you literally cant burn your lawn with it and yea this stuff had my lawn looking :wow:

I swear by Milorganite. I go heavy and spread it every 3 weeks when my yard is starting to turn green and into the early summer. My neighbor was like:ohhh: when he saw how green my yard got. I follow this guy on YT called "howtowithdoc" and he promoted it before he went into business with Andersons(a company who makes fertilizer for golf courses). I bought a bag of their product too but I haven't spread it yet. Once I spread the fertilizer, I spray a liquid fertilizer called "super juice" on top.Just finished the last bag of Milorganite and will give it a couple weeks.

I suggest ya'll jumping on the Milorganite when its in stock because it sells out quickly.

Another tip to the yard people: If you have weeds, spray them with a liquid week killer then spread some pre-emergant granular weed killer. This will keep weeds away for 3-5 months at the minimum. Don't overdo it on fertilizer. Especially if you're in a warmer climate down south. Fertilize every 3 weeks and once you get in the middle of the summer, switch to a natural fertilizer like chicken feed.

Am lucky Milo is never short in my town, I have like 3 or 4 stores that carry it, and that's not counting all the walmarts have it too. I haven't thrown down none yet waiting for Mid june - Mid August or so when a slow release fert like Milo is best. I just started this year on the N-ext line of products to improve my soil N-Ext™ DIY Biostimulant Package | Greene County Fertilizer Company 855-606-FERT

Finally closed. I’m a yard novice and the prev owners left the yard so F’d up I’m going to need to use experienced lawn service for at least a year to get it back on track. There were weeds galore. Hedges damn near tall as the house. Bald spots and don’t even get me started on the flower beds. After a year and maybe some sod and extreme TLC I think I may be able to take it from there. And I need to get the larger trees trimmed. I hate to come off the hefty money but I think it will be an investment and help in the long run.

Be patient! Sometimes it's like that. I know people who've had their closings postponed a couple times. It will be worth it when it's done.

Congratulations!!! Sorry to hear about the yardwork, but I think it will be fun to see the improvements.
