Cool, yea am heading to HD later today to get some soil for the garden that sale started today also.

Yea he really promotes making your lawn as healthy as possible so you can basically bully out the weeds/crab grass and avoid having to use chemicals for weeds. I have a ton of weeds, mostly small ones for now which i spot sprayed this year, also a bit of crabgrass which I laid down some pre-emergent for but i don't think its going to do much. This year am focusing solely on make my soil healthy/grass strong to see how many weeds i can out compete then next year Ill go deeper into killing off weeds

This is so important and I'm glad he points in out in the videos. LOL I was triggered after I applied a bag of chemicals to my entire lawn a week before. :picard: Starting off all wrong! I'm on the righteous path now.

Hey can anyone help me? I finally paid off my car, I'm ready to move out and get my own place but honestly I do not have a clue how to do this. Can anyone help me based on the following information?

-I am a single black male, no wife, GF, or BM.
-I make over $60k a year
-Don't like the idea of just throwing away money paying rent every month. I would like to own something. Most likely cannot afford a house, I'm thinking of like a condo or a co-op?
-I live in NYC and would like to stay in NYC

Is there a site I can go to that will give me all the information I need? I am completely ignorant to anything regarding buying a property. Its similar to buying a car where as I would need money to put a down payment, but I would also need the bank to approve a loan for me?

Thanks in advance.

Fertilizer got my lawn looking like the bomb! :martin::blessed: I did the first cut on 4/6, applied fertilizer last Friday I believe and it has rained a couple times since then, so I was afraid of run off, but clearly not an issue. I did my second cut on 4/14 and the grass was so thick it kept clumping up the mower. Then the color is beautiful!...It's a deep/dark green.

The weed/feed, plus turf builder I applied before knowing better appears to be working as well. The crab grass in the front lawn appears to have died and still a few weed patches in the back, but overall to a good start. I'm going to take some pictures as soon as I remember and figure out how to upload. I really miss tinypic with my old ass.

Also virtually almost 0 weeds on my front yard. Can't wait to overseed this fall

They had the audacity to ask to borrow my wheelbarrow.

:mjtf:

I let them.

:manny:

Lawn looks amazing, and even the lazy ass 22 year old son who plays video games all day has been keeping up with watering everyday. They love the hell out of that grass.

:patrice: I may need to borrow my neighbors’ for my next project... :what: I wanted to get my own but them shyts $80 , I guess the cheaper ones are out of stock

Yeah. A lot of people are doing work on their homes. I went a few weeks ago, and they had a bunch at Lowes. Cheapest one was 79. I went back 3 weeks later, and they only had 3, and only one $89 one. I bought it.
