How much that whole set up cost?

Close to $300 for 2 ring doorbells and installation. I paid to have them installed because I wanted the one at the front door hardwired to my existing doorbell. I couldnt risk having any ole person do the work. And it looks like I was right because even the technician struggled during the setup. But its all good and now I can see everything

Why is it so much easier to buy a 50k car than it is a 50k house? I can go to the dealership right now and be in and out if there in 3 hours with a new vehicle with no money down at that. If I took that same 50 for a house the shyt would take a month or two. Not to mention the hundreds of pages of paperwork and other shyt.

Is it bc the bank makes their money back quicker on a car? Is it bc homes are expensive to maintain so therefore the liability is greater?

Springfield, Mo! Affordable properties that can be flipped (that’s what we do), in an area that has a very strong rental market. In Springfield, there also opportunity zones, growing economy and growing population. The greater Springfield metro includes: Nixa, Ozark, Branson and many other smaller towns. We just sold a property that we purchased for 30k, put 30k into and sold for 110k. We went a little overboard and always want to sell nice properties but plenty of people here put much, much less into their properties and make homeruns. Nixa has the best school district in the area and is always short on rental housing. You can purchase a property in any price bracket and rent it immediately.

Had a racc00n in my attic in August....had to evict his ass

That trap was up there for months like since April or May. They never came near it. As of last month i went up there to change the filter in the AC system and still nothing. Then the weke before i heard him up there above my room (other side of the house) and just ignored it. I'd hear him every morning around 7. THen a few days went by I didnt hear him so i ignored it. Then i got curious and wondered if he finally got caught.
Found his ass dead in the cage.
Now im not celebrating yet as it's possible there were more than one but so far it's been mighty quiet. It's either it was just him or the others saw him dead in the cage starting to stink and they bailed out of fear.I'm hoping it's the former and not the latter
