Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
yo...having a nice set of tools is a game changer. bought my first power drill with bits and it's like night and day when it comes to fixing stuff. looking into grabbing a cutter and sanding equipment so i can start making my own bookcases or shelves.
i desperately need to get into this. next time I see a sale I'm going to jump on it.

sn. I got my drain field fix by Papi today for $500. add the $350 to empty out the septic by the bros..and $111 in materials...thats about 1K.

Much better than the $4800 that I was quoted by the actual septic company.

I think an area of opportunity for lower skilled blacks is in general contracting/home cleaning/repairs.

It's crazy to think that the Latino community got the manual labor skilled market on lock. Maria and Jose are moving up.
that's what Napoleon is always crying about. I agree now cause I just swapped out some black ppl for some spanish ppl cause of the price

Yea man. My corporate office contracts cleaners and all of them are latino. I'm doing AirBnb and all of the cleaners I've called are latino. The contractors we use are all latinos. The movers and general labor people are all latinos.

Pool water is at 68 degrees. Way too cold for me, but the kids have swam twice already this year.

We're working in setting up a patio gazebo and I'm going to build an outdoor bar. The patio is going to be the spot this summer.

Came home from work yesterday, and saw my neighbors dug up all their grass on the front lawn. They're going to put down new grass, and I was just going to spread some grass seed on my lawn. Now I want to put new grass down, because I don't want my their lawn to look nicer than mine.
