if you do the mission where your looking for the oneal brothers and your using the thermal scope with micheal just aim all the way to the right and down. you can see his outline and then he disappears.

Like all gangs, internal disputes tore them apart, they were too busy beefing with each other vs take it out on the enemy, plus sweets and cj left the hood, so it wasnt any structure.
I notice if you actually goto grove, and just do burn outs, with Franklin, see how fast a female will come off the steps, and dump on you, police come thru, ballas dumpin at em on site.
