On Sprint weekends, Friday shootout qualifying sets the grid for Saturday's sprint. The sprint sets the grid for Sunday.

I definitely don't think he has the juice to do a mental battle with Verstappen every two weeks.
He is relying heavily on the car to drag him over the line.
It's another cash grab for F1.
Sprint races just ruin the actual qualification. It helps fastest cars recover from mistakes/bad qualification and are too short to allow any racing.

And that qualifying was a joke, like 6 drivers didnāt even got a chance to improve once they red flagged it and started raining.
