Depends how thick the person is.

What you could try is, the wire that's a double wire, that screws in to 2 separate bits, take it out and fold the exposed wire parts over so they're not long enough, then screw it back in, should get no signal.

Or if they're REALLY thick, just take the card out.

If they're RETARDED, unplug it.
