Nonsense. :mjlol:

If you want to be a big club then Champions League football is one of the biggest things you need to attract and retain top players. Imagine any top player seeing the happiness to miss out on Champions League football, contract bonuses, extra prize money to boost financial capabilities, fans wanting to lose.... all over another team's potential success.

Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool and all those teams you mentioned are some of the most decorated teams of all time and certified out here. You really think those fans would care about a smaller local rival winning one measly league title in comparison at their expense? :mjlol:

Spurs whole identity is based around Arsenal's success, not their own. Loser shyt

Exception vs the rule....only been there a year..a coach that is Ingrained with the club would understand why the fans would act like this...most of these players understand the dynamic. that's they would refuse to play, coach or whatever at a rival (if it's up to them) club.

Professionally ange is right though 😂

U really don't understand rivalries if u think man u fans had a game that if they won it would hand it straight to pool and vice versa. Same juve and inter fans, boca and river...these are the biggest clubs the fa bases are that petty...pool fans would not be happy helping Everton win the league..in the UK or outside of it

The only reason man u fans would rather city than arsenal it's because arsenal fans not the club talk alot big shyt..

Not the same imo. Spurs are a small club that apparently want to be big, those other clubs already are big

Ange came from Celtic I'm pretty sure he is well versed in deep rivalries...He just doesn't agree with cheering for your own team to lose.

It's not over yet but if there's no miracle for Arsenal on sunday, I just think this would be their '19 Pool season.

They are the best defence in the league and second best attack. Best record in the top 6 mini league and by far. They just need to be more consistent against bottom/mid table clubs which is easier to do than against top clubs. Probably need a proper striker up front to kill games.

They also have a young core and strong fundamentals and a real identity. I think they could run away with the league next year. But their point tally would need to be in the 90s.

The fact that the max they can score is 89 shows they left a tad too many points behind.

alright bruh, everton are small club too but pool fans would act the same and gloat about it too, when city were a small club best believe that if man u had the league in their hand they would love for their team to lose ( assuming united were not in the race) just to spite....Ya'll dont know rivalries or human nature

All facts though I’m sad we’re likely to lose Partey

His return really showed there’s levels to this

Why are you putting Everton in Arsenal's shoes and switching the roles? Obviously, everyone would gloat at not giving their rivals the title, but to actively root against your team when there is something on the line is exactly why small clubs are small clubs.

If Spurs, Everton or pre oil Man City had the chance for Champions League and being consistently top 4 they should be jumping at it. Who cares if your bigger rival wins another trophy to add to their 50 others. That's my point. How you gonna catch up and not be the "smaller team" otherwise? Without cheating:mjpls:
