They would be no relegation as well :birdman:

Completely pointless without the threat of relegation or promotion each season :unimpressed:

I know that is how it is done in American sports and it is being backed by an American bank and all the American based owners but it's not right

If you come bottom of the league you have no right to compete in that league the next season

The likes of City and Chelsea who are both owned by filthy rich owners and don't need the money should take a stand and say no and hopefully the others might follow suit

Well said Gary Neville on what he just said on Sky Sports

Lindelof and Maguire defending a counter attack is a disaster. Thank God Luke Shaw was back there at the end :picard:

Ole needs to stop tinkering with Cavani and stop it with this Henderson shyt :upsetfavre:

Talking about relegation and promotion in American sport

A question to the Americans in this thread

How do teams like the Tampa Bay Rowdies who Joe Cole played for get out of the 2nd tier in your football and get into the MLS ?

  • Matches would take place in midweek, with the exception of the final. Clubs would still intend to play in their domestic leagues. Despite this, there are threats of bans from other competitions for ESL Participants
So basically this is an attack on the champions league.
