This is random, but I'm stanning Az Alkmaar this season. :manny:

They got some good young players. Watch out for these boys in a few years Boadu, Stengs, Idrissi and Koopmeiners.

Depth is a question, but they'll battle for 2nd or 3rd in their league and they can make a decent run in the Europa League assuming they qualify.

This is random but you got me curious. Imma be watching

This boy Inaki Williams just signed a 9 year contract with Bilbao and a 135 mil release clause :gucci:

People tend to love to stay at Bilbao. Iker Muniain is another one who was hyped when younger and linked with bigger teams but didnt seem intrested in leaving and the same for Markel Susaeta

Serbian Dele Alli ain't all that for the valuation tbh.

Better a serbian Dele Alli than a serbian Nemanja Matic, And who is worth the price tag these days anyway, times have changed the price tag doesnt matter anymore, if you really want a player you gonna have to pay what they asking for.

Poor World Cup, not particularly great in the EL last season. Doesn't impose or dominate games like he should either from midfield.

Even if United signed him, he still doesn't solve their issue of needing a passer in midfield, which is more needed and has been since the Red Nose days.

I did say one of two and included Bruno Fernandes and Ruben Neves on that list who are both excellent passers of the ball. Slavic might have had a down season last year but surely everyone not called Lionel or Cristiano is entitled to one. Griezmann just got his Barcelona move on the back of his worst season at Atleti.

Btw, Savic won the award for best midfielder in Serie A for last season, so if this was a down season then damn.....

Awards don't mean shyt unless they for goals or clean sheets. Messi winning in 2010 when both his teams did phuck all outside of La Liga and Sneijder won the CL and made the WC final (the exactly thing that Modric won it for) and was clearly top 3 at the World Cup and didn't come anywhere.

BTW He only won the award because of accumulative stats. :mjlol: Only finished top 10 in Aerial duels, if he cannot win those at 6'4, should retire. Didn't finish Top 25 in any of the dribbling, tackling or passing stats either. But that's the best midfielder in Serie A for 18/19 :scust:

that's a lot of money for so little end product.

Who? Rodrigo?

Ehh...it’s about fair. He’s on the spanish National team, just won the CDR and was instrumental to Valencia’s EL semi final run and 4th place finish. Plus he’s coming from anoth La Liga team.

But yea, his goals return aren’t particularly that great, but he’s less of an out and out striker that you’ll expect to churn out 18+ goals a season.
