No Beckenbauer in the German team too, no Gerd Muller too..I think every countries top scorer has to be in any all time XI

You couldn't make space for my boy Torres in spain too? :mjcry:

:stopitslime:

Why am I going to pick players, who were retired before I was born and only seen a handful of games after the fact.

How many actual full length games of Beckenbauer and Der Bomber have you seen?

So to make this a bit harder, instead of throwing a bunch of names together and making it look like some 1-2-4-5-2-1-3 formation :skip: I picked players playing in their natural positions/positions I've seen them play for their countries and formations associated with the countries. Thats why certain names are missing out.

Just like I thought, Klopp should have gone after a cm with good ball retention and ball playing. They are gonna be worse next year in the league and champions league.

I agree Marcelo is the better footballer. My reasoning for Roberto Carlos, achieved more for Brasil, had an understand with Dinho and Ronaldo on the left attacking side and with Gilberto on the defensive side. Also he is slightly the less liability defensively out of the pair.

For some Clubs I could only do it as 3 teams for the different decades 90's, 00's and 10's. Otherwise it wouldn't get finished.

For example LW and #9 for Barca is impossible. Biased me would pick Michael Laudrup and Real Ronaldo. Dinho helped Barca get their swagger back, but also won less than Laudrup did with Barca and Eto'o was a better player for Barca than Real Ronaldo was, due to longevity and sheer volume of goals. Also the defensive work and pressing the back line he use to do under Rijkaard's team. But Real Ronaldo's 1 season at Barca is better than any of Etoo's, both as in goals and levels of performance.

See how long that is and we haven't even got to Rivaldo, Figo or Romario.

Why am I going to pick players whose careers was while I was still doing backstroke lengths in my father's nut sack?

How many games of Der Bomber and Kaiser have you seen? And I don't want to hear about the 1970 WC games vs England and Italy or the 1974 final vs Holland.

Some of you are sounding like a bunch of hipsters. :scust:
