I think like a high person when im hungry . Who the hell blends up a poweraid with fruit :pachaha:

I have a vitamix so I totally understand. I've made so many bootleg ice creams and slushies, it's ridiculous. Most times I just blend shyt just to blend it. Make it worth the money I paid for it.

I love it.

I use it mainly for my protein drinks/smoothies but just being able to toss your veggies and fruits in whole is what I like most about it. It saves tons of time. I had a juicer before and I had to cut everything up into pieces and then you still had wasted pulp that needed to be tossed or reused is some kind of way. Plus it blends up everything so smooth :noah: I've used to make sauces and marinades as well. I've been watching youtube vids to see what else it can do but I haven't tried much else. Oh I did make hummus in it and I used whole sesame seeds instead of tahini paste and that came out smooth as well.

Going to attempt to make these tomorrow Eve Was ( Partially ) Right - Clean Eating is Good Eating: Clean Eating Banana Oatmeal Muffins
102_0216.JPG

Ingredients

*2 /1/2 cup oats (old fashioned kind, not quick cooking)
*1 single serving cup of plain low fat greek yogurt
*2 eggs
*3/4 cup sweetener - honey or 2 tbs stevia sweetener
*1 1/2 tsp baking powder
*1/2 tsp baking soda
*2 bananas

Optional: You can also add chopped blueberries or strawberries to the batter AFTER it has been in the blender.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray tin with non-stick cooking spray or line 12 muffin tins with silicone or foil liners, (or just use a silicone muffin pan). ( Note: Paper liners seem to stick a lot to flourless muffins, so your best bet if you don't have silicone is to spray the muffin tin and go linerless. Don't use paper muffin cups! )
2. Place all of the ingredients, including bananas in a blender or food processor, and blend until oats are smooth.
3. Divide batter among cupcake liners, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Edit: They came out great!

No pics but I came across a copycat recipe for Chipotles burrito bowl.
Boneless thighs
Olive oil
Lime zest
Lime juice
Chipotle powder
Dried oregano
Adobe poweder(the hot kind)
Onion powder
White vinegar
Smoked paprika
Cinnamon

Mix everything in a bowl and try to get it the consistency of a jarred pesto sauce.
Don't ask for amounts cause I just eyeball everything then taste it and add what I think is needed until it tastes good.

I got it marinating right now and will be cooking it up tomorrow after the gym.

Edit
I cooked a lot more than this but it didnt make a good picture all piled up together.

Damn! This shyt is banging!
Made some black beans to go with it. Add cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and ground cumin to a can of black beans. Bring it to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes and them shyts is :ohlawd:

So I just piled it up with lettuce, some reduced fat Mexican cheese and some guacamole.:eat:

I like muffin tins and I was bored today so decided to attempt and make the Petite Lasagnas Eve Was ( Partially ) Right - Clean Eating is Good Eating: Clean Eating Petite Lasagnas

Petite Lasagnas
recipe slightly adapted from Hungry Girl
(makes 12)
12 oz raw ground turkey
¼ tsp salt, divided
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped mushrooms
14.5 oz can organic crushed tomatoes, or organic / homemade tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp dried oregano, divided
½ tsp dried basil
1 ½ cups part skim organic ricotta cheese
24 small square wonton wrappers (the kind near the tofu in the refrigerated section of the produce dept - make sure you read the label to chose a brand that is simply made)
1 1/2 cups organic shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey, onions, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Crumble the meat and saute the mixture for about 10 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through. Add the garlic and stir constantly for 30 seconds.
Add the crushed tomatoes and 2 tsp of oregano. Bring the pan to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, a pinch of salt and pepper, the remaining teaspoon of oregano, and the basil. Stir to mix well. Set aside.
Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place 1 wonton wrapper into each of the 12 cups, pressing firmly in the bottom of the cup and up the sides.

They came out like this :
