made this today: tilapia with some cabbage

pan cooked the cabbage in a little olive oil, crushed sea salt and coarse black pepper <<the best kind of pepper.

:sadbron: I'm tryna do right and this thread is just beautiful but how do y'all motivate yourselves to cook? I usually just give up and end up ordering something. Plus what's some easy go to meals and ingredients you keep in the house?

Ive always preferred cooking to ordering out

the only problem Ive had is with the money involved in fresh ingredients

I always have bell peppers in different colors, onions and mushrooms

I pretty much use that in everything I make

you might want to look into a slowcooker, you pretty much throw everything in there at once and cook it for 4-6 or 6-8 hours depending on the setting

I prefer it to but it's just so much easier to go pick something up real quick. As I get older and learn more about the result of eating bad though something has got to change.
