That's exactly what I did @porque
This recipe was really taste. The wonton was good, but different from what I'm use to. Next time I prepare these I was going to try the no-bake whole wheat lasagna noodles instead and see what it taste like.

I make single serve lasagna with the whole wheat packs that come in stacks of 6" or so with no meat and it taste great

you dont have to precook the noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana(cut up)
  • Cup of baby greens(romaine, spinach, kale, etc)
  • Any other type of frozen fruit of your choice (optional)
Place everything in a blender and blend. Ta-daa! Pour into a cup and freeze for 10 minutes. Double dee-licious! Tastes much like the texture of ice cream too. Absolutely sinless.

Tuna cakes again but i made some quinoa rice .

Had a sea food salad plate in the fridge . Took the lettuce out and replaced with spinach :ehh:

Damn! I usually just add protein powder or granola to my yogurt, didn't think to do both. That looks soooo good!!

I'm so going to try that.

I food prepped for 6 meals of clean eating last night - 3 Latin and 3 Asian. Cooked in bulk and then put away in containers. Also made some breakfast bakes.

Left to right, sauzon and lime swai fish, ground turkey with mushrooms in ginger/garlic soy.
Greens: Bok Choy with portobella mushrooms, french cut green beans cooked in left over fish pan liquids.
Mashed cauli- my fake mashed potates with green onions and garlic
Breakfast egg, bacon, and spinach bakes.

Just made this for lunch today Clean Eating Recipes | Clean Eating Taco Soup

Clean Eating Taco Soup
(Makes approximately 8 servings)
Ingredients:

4 cups low-sodium chicken broth (veggie broth if you’re vegetarian/vegan)
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, no sugar added
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed, no sugar added
1/2 pound cooked whole grain pasta
3/4 pound cooked, lean, ground turkey
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 pound frozen corn, thawed (optional)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot and heat through.
Note: I cooked my turkey with 2 teaspoons garlic powder and 2 teaspoons onion powder for extra flavor.

I tweaked it this time by adding a lil lime and some jalapeno and I also substituted brown rice for the pasta. Flavors were great. Next time I believe I will use shredded chicken instead of the ground turkey.
