Simply spray a muffin pan with olive oil cooking spray or wipe down with Olive Oil
crack an egg into the cup, add seasoning and a few bits of leftover vegetables.

350 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes

you can also freeze them

I remember on a different site there was a mention of needing to break the yolk

I make those all the time. Another way to do it is to mix the eggs in a large bowl with different ingredients you like. I use spinach, tomato, onion. I mix it is a large bowl, put aluminum cup cake sheets in my cupcake pan, and fill up the sheets with the egg mix.

You might want to do half eggs and half liquid egg whites. I pop two of them in the morning.

My idgaf struggle meal :manny:
lKUwZma.jpg

I wanted a tuna wrap but as i was finishing up i wanted a melt so i said fukk it. I didnt have grated cheese so i just ripped a regular slice in half and threw it on top.

Didnt do anything special with the tuna just threw it in a pan added onions, tomatoes, egg and broccoli .

Heated up a spinach wrap then mashed down fresh avocado and use it as my spread.

Quick easy ass meal made it in 15 mins it was bomb ass hell.

Made a stir-fry. I used chipotle taco seasoning and the juice of two limes to marinate the chicken. I added cilantro to my brown rice and served the stir fry over it. Not bad...a little spicy.

I don't normally take food pics, but I did it for you guys.

Pecan encrusted salmon with a honey Dijon mustard sauce (not my original recipe, but I made it mine own). I normally eat it with Dijon spinach and low carb pasta (these are collards in the pics though).

i2lpvs.jpg

1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of I can't believe it's not butter

Brush the salmon with the above mixture, sprinkle a mix of bread crumbs & crushed pecans, and bake for 12 minutes at 450.

It is a good idea to make extra sauce and drizzle some on the salmon as soon as you take it out of the oven.

Sauté some spinach with a little Dijon mustard and enjoy (my bf literally loves this recipe. He had me cook two whole salmon within a 3 day period one time).

bx all day
Just had the bannana pancakes. THEY ARE BETTER THAN REG PANCAKES:wtf:

eggs
whey(I use the truetien)
bananas
little bit of water
and here's what turned my pancakes from struggling to great....greek yogurt

made about 10 calculating to around 800 calories so it can easily be cut in half, but since I'm about that fasting life I ate them all:demonic:

no wonder these mothfukkus are staying fit, they are just having fun out there with these creations

Shrimp Scampi Pasta (I just made)

nz4pl1.jpg

white wine OR chicken broth
1-2 tbsp of I can't believe it's not butter
Minced garlic (I use a lot)
Pesto
Crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
tomato
Brown rice or low carb pasta
Shrimp (seasoned separately)

The food below may not look that appetizing; however, it tasted just like regular spaghetti (I made it the other day).

I made "noodles" out of peeled zucchini (I literally used a vegetable peeler on the zucchini until I got to the seeds). I made my meat sauce like normal with ground turkey. It was a good pasta alternative (which I doubt you guys care about...carbs that is).

I been meaning to pick up a vegetable peeler just to make zucchini noodles..

I ran across a shrimp scampi recipe earlier today that uses asparagus noodles.

:leon: asparagus noodles...I need to try that. I actually plan to buy a julienne vegetable peelers to make smaller sized "noodles" like these.

I ultimately want to buy one of these (I just can't justify the purchase right now):
