I've been inspired by FitMenCook and have begun my journey into much healthier heating. This man's recipes are :raewoo:
Tonight, I made this
Protein French Toast
Batter = 1/4 Almond Milk, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 scoop protein (I used Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl )....and cinnamon (I didn't use any extra)
Apples sauteed in coconut oil
So fukking good. And 40g+ protein.
