I love cooking my problem was always I couldn't really afford a lot of the healthy ingredients

Didn't love the cream cheese-ish "frosting"...but the pancakes were delicious

Cinnamon protein + 1 egg + 1 eggwhite + 1/2 cup flower + 1/4 cup almond milk + TBSP vanilla + 1 cup shredded carrots

Probably could've used a blender for a bit better results....but they still good

Bananas + oats plus anything you want to add(chocolate chips, raisins etc)

We cook them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on a GREASED cookie sheet. Don’t forget the greased part…. I did once and had to scrub my pan forever.

I have to try this doesnt really look like it would be great but its better than the others

i been fukking with these coconut flour pancakes for a minute and they have been :blessed: since i started the CarbNite diet to get my BF down after returning slowly to weightlifting after a chest injury.

depending on your diet and goals it may not be for you, but since i'm on a high fat/ultra low carb diet these are most definitely the illest for me.

Ultra Low Carb Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut flour
3 tbsp granulated erythritol (I used Swerve)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Additional butter or oil for the pan

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200F.
In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, almond milk and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the coconut flour mixture and stir well to combine.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and brush with vegetable oil or melted butter. Scoop two heaping tablespoons of batter onto skillet and spread into a 3 to 4 inch circle. Repeat until you can't fit any more pancakes into the skillet (you should be able to get 3 or 4 in).
Cook until bottom is golden brown and top is set around the edges. Flip carefully and continue to cook until second side is golden brown. Remove from pan and keep warm on plate or baking sheet in oven, while repeating with remaining batter.

Notes

Serves 6 (about 12 pancakes, 2 per serving). Each serving has a total of 6.8 g of carbs and 3.3 g of fiber. Total NET CARBS = 3.5 g.

you can easily toss in some protein if you want and shyt is still delicious.

Norfeast groovin…
Made some mean shyt the other day I gotta make it again and post the pic no exact measurements cuz I did it by eye.

Boil up some rice in one pot and half that amount of quinoa in the other. A sprouted quinoa medley makes for better color and more nutritional value but it don't really matter. After your done with that have some canned meats on deck, fancy white crab meat, baby shrimp, chicken breast, tuna, and pink salmon. Get a big wide pot and put the stove on medium heat and slap some olive oil in there. Throw the meat in there and let it cook for about 5-10 minutes, mix it around periodicaly and then season the meat with pink salt, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and siracha sauce. Put as much as you like and keep seasoning as you add more stuff.

Next, throw in some sliced mushrooms and baby corns and mix em in real quick, then add different veggies(I used a frozen medley cuz I was tryna save) and mix everything in while seasoning. Add oil or water when necesary. Now throw in the rice, mix everything together good and add all those sauces for the color and taste. When everything is mixed well pull all the rice to one side and create enough space to cover almost half the pot. Get two eggs and scramble them, then throw them on that side of the pot, add some cilantro flakes into the eggs, after scrambling them eggs mix everything together again.

Create that half space again but this time put olive oil and peanut butter and coat that side of the pot and throw in your quinoa. Mix the quinoa well with the peanut butter and olive oil for about 1 1/2 minutes and then mix everything together again. Put 3 shakes of ground nutmeg, 3 shakes of ground cinnamon, 2 shakes of tumeric, 2 shakes of basil, 3 shakes of cilantro, 4 shakes of red and black pepper each, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 6 drops of clover honey. Mix that shyt all up thoroughly and let it all sit for an hour and a half to 2 hours and enjoy. So many different flavors but its all in perfect unity. shyt is :ohhh::noah::deadrose:

Had the rest this morning, w/o the "icing"....just some sugar-free syrup and raisins. Much better. :lawd:
