I been on my healthy eating chit for about a week now



Some scrumptious turkey bacon from whole foods, spinach and mozzarella omelet





Turkey chop sautéed with garlic and olive oil with some quinoa and brown rice mix with the steamed broccoli




Fresh green beans with some smoked turkey necks

EDIT:

I've been experimenting quit a lot with fluffs. IMO the best/my way is:
120g frozen strawberries (best flavor)
1,5 dl water
20g casein, 15g protein
1. put berries out of the freezer
2. mix water with protein in a bowl
3. put the bowl with mixer pins in the freezer
5. wait for 20-30 min, the berries should be semi frozen by now
4. take out your bowl, mash/squeeze the berries with your hand in your frozen bowl
5. fluff for 5-8 min at warp speed
6. EAT!

honestly taste just like scrambled egg whites

I made a batch and people couldnt believe it was not eggs

but think about it egg whites are pretty much tasteless and you only get taste out of the spices

I think the only way I will try tofu is if I don't know it's tofu.

I "prepped" on Sunday. I made a big batches of roasted chicken breast, Black beans(started from dry beans instead of canned), Quinoa and brown rice. The plan is to just eat different combos of these foods for the next few days or so. Like For lunch I had 4 oz of chicken, 1/4 cup black beans and 1/4 cup quinoa in a veggie tortilla. It was supposed to be a "wrap" but I realized that wrapping is a lot harder than it seemed but it was good though.

I should have started blending frozen berries and putting them in 2% Fage a long time ago

That combo with chia seeds>Chobani

made some sauce with greek yogurt, cilantro and lemon juice/zest

didn't have much lettuce left or any tomatoes and I was too lazy to go buy some but still was amazin

I also added some mashed avocado

Here's a similar dish, and for me, the original of what I toyed with above:

my variation of chimichurri includes: minced parsley, red onions (preferable to white, but white also work), diced garlic (I use store bought in a jar), oregano, cayenne pepper, pepper, salt, red wine vinegar, olive oil. shake it up real good, then refrigerate for about 5 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated and it'll be good through the next day.

I've been to argentina and had a few versions of it, but I'm particular to my own (which was a recipe given to our family from a siblings' argentinian soccer trainers). works with steak / lamb / chicken / fish, salads, on black beans, etc.. I'll be mixing the remnants in with black beans for my Game of Thrones meal tonight :eat:
