YOU WILL NEED:

A big bag of rolled porridge oats (1kg for about 90p from Tesco)
Pumpkin seeds
Sesame seeds
Sunflower seeds
Dried Cranberries
Raisins
Bag of Whitworths tropical mix (with coconut, papaya, apricots etc)
Dried bananas
Nuts of your choice
An apple (golden delicious are best)
Honey (basics – 99p from Tesco!)
Low fat natural Yoghurt
Orange Juice

You can basically add whatever fruits and nuts and seeds you want.
I mix all the dried ingredients together in a big tub, at a ratio of about 80% porridge to 20% fruit, seeds and nuts. I like lots of seeds but you can mix it in whatever proportions you want. The fruit normally lasts me about 3 or so packs of Muesli and I use one bag of porridge per batch.

To serve, pour in the muesli then pour a little orange juice in the bowl, enough to bind the fruits together a little and take the dryness away but not too soggy. Grate or chop about ¼ of an apple in and mix, then leave to stand for a few minutes. Then drizzle with honey and natural yoghurt to taste.

You can also make up the mix with milk in a pan to make a nice fruit and nut porridge and I believe (but I haven’t tried it) you can bake it with some honey and sugar somehow to make your own granola.

Best breakfast I have ever eaten in a long while.... gonna make this a permanent fixture going forward :ohlawd:

May seem weird, but I been eating these at work for lunch. Doesn't sit heavy on my stomach, only 340 calories, and 18 grams of protein :yeshrug:

Ingredients make 2 large waffles for 1 or 2 servings:

  • 225g sweet potato
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • Seasonings: 1 tsp allspice, 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions:

  1. Grate a raw sweet potato into a bowl.
  2. Add 1 egg, 3 egg whites and seasonings to the bowl. Mix with a fork.
  3. Set your waffle iron on medium high heat and spray with coconut oil so that the waffle does not stick.
  4. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and spread evenly. Close the lid and let it cook for about 5 minutes or until your waffle iron indicates the waffle is cooked.
  5. Boom.

I been eating this shyt A LOT recently. One "cook" makes 3-4 meals.

I call it my "easy chili"

1 pound lean ground beef (I go with 96/4 or turkey normally)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 pack of "fiesta sides" rice
Add some shredded cheese/guac.....

shyt is easy as fukk, high in protein...

My smoothies:

Coconut milk
Red Maca powder (sometimes)
Porridge Oats
Bananas
Blueberries
Strawberries
Cinnamon
Organic coconut/agave sugar

I use the same ingredients to have the warm cereal version of it too. It's cheap and filling and gives you energy in the gym.
