OMG

PB2 powdered peanut butter.........plus protein powder........

OMG

I just made some up......it's PLENTY of nutbutter, but it's 300 calories....and 43g protein....and only 7g fat.

This will obviously vary depending on the protein used. I used TruTein Cinnabun.

OMG.

Will post pics later. Probably next time I make it cause I just ate all this shyt :heh:

I make something very similar using frozen strawberries, coconut milk, a little sprinkle of truvia (OR a little sprinkle of strawberry protein powder), and topped with pecans and sliced almonds. I never posted pics because it didn't look great, but it tastes great and it always satisfies my sweet tooth.

I was experimenting in the kitchen the other day and simply used one tin of tuna, 2 egg yolks (no whites) to make some pretty decent tuna burgers. Just mix them together and make 2 seperate burgers, pop 'em in the oven for 15 minutes and you're ready to feast. Not a bad high protein, high omega 3 snack post gym or before bed.

I also made myself some protein ice cream by simply cutting up a banana and mashing it together, adding around 200ml of almond milk and 2 scoops of 20g protein powder. Pop it in the freezer and enjoy the day after. Not the healthiest but not a bad post workout snack as high GI.

What items do you all consider kitchen essentials for healthy cooking (items that get used over and over for different recipes)?

What I have so far:

1. Coconut Oil
2. Chocolate Whey....is vanilla used an a lot of recipes?

I joined the gym after being out for a year (I lost 20lbs :to:)...So I need to get serious now.
