i put the heat on high to sear it on both sides first, then let it cook on out on medium. gets a nice lil brown color
I'm tryna do right and this thread is just beautiful but how do y'all motivate yourselves to cook? I usually just give up and end up ordering something. Plus what's some easy go to meals and ingredients you keep in the house?

What type of seasons/spices are yall using for chicken/fish? I've just been using salt and pepper..sometime cajun seasoning but that shyt tastes generic after a while.

Chicken seasoned with lemon juice, lemon-pepper, garlic powder and rosemary.
Also had some sauteed green beans/onions, but they were done before the chicken and I was hungry
