yes he tries to perfect build up play to the point where it feels like the team wants to pass the ball into the net...
BUT you will never see a Pep team play defensive and careful. His team always try to set the pace and dictate sht. This Euro
championship has been a snooze fest for the most part
i think nikkas try to set up their teams like Pep without the tactics

England never have a problem defending its passing the ball quickly and creating chances beyond set pieces and crosses that's the issue. And this goes back decades. The football is stuck in a time capsule.
They did that some in the last euros and world cup. Why did they take a step backwards in this euro?

The terrorism in the Final vs Italy negates whatever decent football they played in the other 5 games. They were awful vs Scotland.
The World Cup was mid season which really is the peak fitness for an English/British player. They played more on the front foot especially in the France game.
I think this team is carrying too many passengers in Harold Trippier and Walker. And Rice looks overcooked been very sloppy this tournament. And it shows up what Rice isn't good at even more.
