Sometimes when indie directors get that big budget look, the results are bloated, indulgent, and over the top. Hope not the case here. Certainly his last two concepts intrigued me more, than the kind of epic story on display here.

In horror genre, the guy who did Kill List and at least another dope movie, did a remake of Rebecca for netflix, big stars, budget, and it was just flat, uninspired. Ben Wheatley.
