Don’t ever take “the bus” in PG. that shyt is never on time

I recently told my college best friend who’s from Rockville that my county’s bus is literally called “The Bus”, my nikka hollered I swear PG’s local bus system needs a complete overhaul from functionality, coverage, advertisement, aesthetics, and name brand.

What he is saying is right with PG. In PG its not even bout Metro rail. Bus service in PG has always been horrible if you don't live right next to Mo County and DC.

Fukking buses stop running at 7/8 on Weekends or not running at all on Sundays. Buses running every hour too on Weekends. PG County officials are really just useless.

And the interval wait times be blowin me too, thank God I drive now. Also, how the hell is it that Metro got bus coverage all the way out in Bowie and Laurel, but not Upper Marlboro? I swear WMATA low-key be doing the south side of the County dirty moe.

The Marlboro Village section of Upper Marlboro got more than enough density to justify MetroBus coverage, it’s density is something one would experience in Fort Washington or Oxon Hill. Can have the buses come in through Westphalia (especially as that’s been developing into its own thing since earlier this decade) and terminate near the Amish Market.

Lol I had a feeling it would skew more towards the Cac crowd. This is for my friend’s 21st birthday celebration, she wanna go to Ultra especially because of the Ladies Night free pass. I’d personally prefer to go somewhere else like Penn Social, Grand Central, or Bliss but hey, she’s the birthday girl

What would y’all recommend as better alternatives to Ultra Bar? We wanted to do Bliss at first but all the Lightshow tickets done sold out.

Anywhere that’s not crazy strict on dress code would be fine too.

Rent in DC is ridiculous. Charging NYC prices but without NYC level of nightlife, restaurants or metro access.
