Most likely. You still won’t see hardly any Cacs out here except in some of the communities in Northern PG and parts of Bowie.

But outside of Adelphi, Langley Park and parts of Hyattsville, where are the Hispanics really rolling deep? A lot of white folk have moved to the PG periphery that borders DC. Hyattsville is a big one for example.

That part of PG seems to be densely populated. I know further south and away from DC is less populated

This is why I put up with and ride metro. For all it's issues, it's still better than dealing with driving around in this area. This shyt make you want to get a damn Tesla to at least make the drive bearable.

It’s hella Migos around Riverdale Park and Mount Rainier but granted, they’ve been like that for a brick. I’ve noticed a growing number of them around Oxon Hill, New Carrollton, and Eastover; and even a few here and there in Suitland and Marlowe Heights.

Apparently most of the schools in Chuck County are better on average than PG’s and as for retail, the Waldorf/St. Charles/White Plains area and to some extent La Plata are about as good as it’s gonna get down there.

Maryland really needs better public transporation/commuter rail
