My daughters just finished watching Batman v Superman & now they're both throwing Batman in the bushes.
The "death" of Supes didn't help, they said Batman was guilty/complicit in his death due to the earlier fukkery. Hopefully Justice League turns them around.
She gets it.
Alfred spends the entire movie telling Bruce he's lost his way and is focusing on the wrong guy. He allowed Lex to bamboozle him and that leads to Superman's death.
Him forming the Justice League is his way of atoning.
