I didn't even know their was a KoreaTown in Dallas. Growing up most of the east Asians I went to school with were Vietnamese.

Lotta Koreans over by Carrollton. Indians are heavy in Plano and Irving.

Vietnamese are usually closer to where the Blacks are while Chinese will be Richardson and Plano heavy.

Confirmed. A few weeks ago a cricket club setup shop in the greenbelt/park behind my house. About 50 of them out there every weekend from 7am -7pm. They are immune to the heat.

nikkas done fucced up the AirBnB market in DFW. I seen the news clips a few months ago about them trying to ban AirBnBs in Plano becuz of the fuccery that would break out on AirBnB properties, but I didn't know they were planning on banning them in the Dallas too.

Yeah, I don’t see why not.

I’m moving back to Dallas soon, I live near Denton with my parents at the moment (I was in a car accident and had to be taken care of for a few months).

I’ve been looking at both apartments and townhomes and the prices are higher than when I lived down there, but still better than most other cities.

I’d say if you’re going to make that move, make it now because I can definitely see the cost of living going through the roof within the next ~5 years.
