Baltimore. Moved to Allen early 2021 because I took a job in McKinney. Work in Irving now.

nikkas done fucced up the AirBnB market in DFW. I seen the news clips a few months ago about them trying to ban AirBnBs in Plano becuz of the fuccery that would break out on AirBnB properties, but I didn't know they were planning on banning them in the Dallas too.

A lot of "flippers" got in on the Air BnB game but the new wave doesn't have deep pockets like the earlier waves and they're struggling to maintain the properties. It keeps single family homebuyers from getting into the neighborhoods....reduces school enrollment etc. Hotel lobby + homeowners are tired.

Honestly Air BnB in Dallas is silly. Love my city but the hotels aren't that expensive here and this isn't a tourist spot like that. Probably mostly folks up to some fukkery looking to have cocaine/hooker binges (SMU/Park Cities kids love to party).
