I personally think Black people in Dallas had their chance in the 90's to start a true economy when a Black middle class was formed. They had the population and it was pre-transplants/immigration of the 2000's.
nikkas was too busy worshipping materialism and racking up bad credit by blowing their money.
CAC in DFW saw that Blacks in Dallas where prospering during the Clinton era.
And they have been slowly trying to end that shyt.
The mass immigration, legal or illegal was to muddy the water for Blacks politically and economically in Dallas. And don't act as if DFW CAC wasn't behind this mass immigration into DFW.
That's why I laugh at Mexicans getting made at CAC in Texas.
