Only thing that excites me about the defense is Quinn runs it

I can see how Bland coming off his rookie campaign and adding Gilmore isn’t exciting. Especially with the trio of safeties wet trout out there.

I can see how drafting a DT in the first, after being a position of need for so long isn’t exciting.

Ion even see how nikkas can be excited to see Parson continue to develop.

Diggs after getting paid. Clarke at LB. None of it.

But yeah, let’s go Dan Quinn

The interceptions are concerning though.

This was watching Dak lead the offense. No work horse Zeke, no one planning to stop Pollard as a runner - Dak, as the focal point of the offense and he looked like a rookie.

We know he can go get empty calories with the best of them. But with the days of running the ball 30+ times over with, it’s concerning.

Probably why we went TE again with 2 TEs on the roster that looked good last year, pause. Heavy TE involvement and easy passes for year 8 Dak.

Most definitely, it is concerning. Im going to give Dak the benefit of the doubt that it was a just a one season fluke. But I agree with you 100%.

I feel the same way about Clark that I felt about Jaylon Williams when I told y’all that dude looked bad during the 2017 summer camp. I make this team prove it to me before I get excited. Not getting excited about another top pick dlineman(who looked bad all preseason. You ain’t learned from Taco and Hill.. the secondary is dependent on the front seven to be successful. Diggs got paid so I’m curious to see how he reacts and performs. Not excited though.

You a youngin. I’m 35. I can’t get excited about this team before the season starts.we don’t even play starters during the preseasons and it’s still camp cupcake. Sorry but I got to see a couple of games played before I raise my expectations /excitement.

Normally I draft a Cowboy in the 1st few rounds of my fantasy drafts....this year I couldn't pull the trigger. I did grab A$AP Ferg, the Defense and K later though.

If the cowboys want to move on from Dak and start playing a QB who hasn't done anything in the nfl but shatter his ankle all they have to do is eat 25 million dollars of dead cap space. It's a no brainer
