I think a lot of knowledgable investors still see tons of value here. Many sold off within the last few months during the SP decline and even more during the virus scare. Right now they are buying back at super cheap prices.
The $60B+ BO speculation is over and was maybe always over inflated, but the value in Europe is so great.
Tbh...while the market is way down right now. I'd take a lil $20B BO to take advantage of the current market prices.
Well see how this plays out. Waking up b4 work Mon evening seeing this shyt down 70% AH was a gut punch.

Theres an video floating around from Jefferies that's been floating rd since Tues/Wed. Havent listened to it myself, but heres one persons take away:
1. AMRN has to file the appeal by 4/9
2. If they request an injunction, we will know if accepted by the end of this month or early May
3. Even if they didn't request the injunction, it is EXTREMELY rare that a Generic would do an at-risk launch of a product because of the immense cost and associated risk
4. The appeal is held in Federal Appeals court in DC.
5. Judge Du wappa Du made a huge procedural error by shifting the burden of proof to AMRN to show the secondary considerations of obviousness were clear and convincing but the Supreme Court has stated the burden of proof rests with the defendant to show that the secondary considerations are NOT clear and convincing. This patent lawyer/professor/fellow said that was a HUGE HUGE error on her part. Equivalent to assault with a deadly weapon.
6. This was Judge Du wappa Du's first bench case regarding a patent dispute.
7. The patent lawyer was really really surprised that the judge could have reached her conclusions based on her own written decision.
8. The final ruling won't be decided until 12 months from now.
9. Load up the truck with these low priced shares. (full disclosure - this one's my opinion)

Confirming rapid growth - $6M in 2019, $20M in 2020, and $40M in 2021. They did a record $1M in March and its not even their busy season yet. Expecting margins to expand. Hitting $1 Mill in Rev for March is HUGE. A few months ahead of the sch. I had laid out for them.
Mentioned on Monday mornings when they get back to the office there would be about 90 new orders. Last Monday it was 900. Fam, thats 900 Orders X $100 + $50 per month for the service. That's $135K after 1 weekend. And that's only 1 stream of income for nextech.
That uplist to Nasdaq will be nice too. Jolokia will bring in more rev as well.

Still long CRMD as always. I liked the stock at $7 and I love it at $3 I'm just buying more whenever I can. They're still on track to approval this year and the current health care situation we are in, CRMD can benefit from because a lot of people will be on catheters and you definitely dont want to have infectious diseases from catheters on top of covid 19.
What happened with Amarin was tragic but I believe it can snap back into place.

PR for Nextech announced the Mill for Rev last month. Stock closed up 19%.
Now to the possible HUGE news.
AMRN will be holding a CC @ 430 Monday. Who knows what they'll announced, but the Evap Study shows that its wrapped up.
So, that could be big news on that front.
