Why is there a mini Annihilius there at the Galactic War Council in Avengers? Did I miss something?

I REALLY liked this issue of Cap. I don't get him burning all of his old shyt, though. But dude just been through 12 years of b-level villain hell. Jet Black is a wack name.

Mighty Avengers was ok but I hate Greg Land's art.
It's flat and way too full of the same damn faces that are just colored differently. Somebody needs to stop dude from tracing Cosmo magazine and porn video print outs and actually start drawing again.
That Forever Evil Black Manta was cool. I like that his motivation for not joining the CSA is because they not only took away his revenge opportunity against Aquaman but that Ultraman's moving the moon ended up inadvertently desecrating Manta's dad's grave.
And who read Infinity: The Hunt #1? they introduced all of these younger heroes from training institutes all over the Marvel U like Wakanda and the Pacific Rim (even Doom has a school in Latveria) but all of the characters were stupid as fukk.
One of the Wakanda dudes has the powers of a lion but the mofo's codename is Bull.

The Ultimates #30best book this week. It explained why Ultimate Reed turned evil and also gave a glimpse of Cataclysm
